Dataset description

Benefiting from a reduced VAT rate for its works, the construction of the EHPAD required a separate follow-up in the annex budget. Now, this budget traces the flows related to the repayment by the EHPAD management structure of the additional loan subscribed to carry out the operation. This budget will persist until the loan is amortised. This depreciation and the corresponding interest shall be reimbursed in full by the institution each year.
