APA and PCH — Amounts paid

Data on the expenses covered by the APA at home and the amounts paid and persons paid by elements of the PCH are available here. These data are derived from the [Social Assistance Survey](https://drees.solidarites-sante.gouv.fr/sources-outils-et-enquetes/lenquete-aide-sociale-aupres-des-conseils-departementaux), an annual survey of departmental councils, which collects aggregated data on recipients and social assistance expenditures. National and departmental historical series on [the number of persons receiving departmental social assistance to elderly or disabled persons](https://data.drees.solidarites-sante.gouv.fr/explore/dataset/les-beneficiaires-de-l-aide-sociale-departementale-aux-personnes-agees-ou-handic/information/) since 1996 have been made available in another dataset.
