Dataset description

Simplified zoning of the land use plans of the Aquitan municipalities concerned by the law ''Littoral'' (reference State 2002). Zoning of documents d' urban planning laying down the general rules of #x27; land use of the communal territory. Adoption of a simplified legend of zone destinations. __Origin__ Works carried out by the company Atelier Graphique Photo. Two procedures: — POS paper: scannerisation, setting compared to the Carto® BD and SCAN 25® of l'IGN then digitisation at l' screen of POS boards. Restitution in MapInfo. — Vectorised POS: control and rectification on the screen with respect to the SCAN 25® and the Carto® BD. SETTING It is performed in Microstation Reprographics 6.0 with a minimum of six points, compared to the Carto® BD of l'IGN and identifying characteristic points (geodetic points, point elements, crossroads, roads, rail network, hydrography, wood) of the SCAN 25® of l'IGN. The correction of the POS background image on SCAN 25® was performed, as the case may be, using the Projective, Affine-2 and 3 or polynômiale-2 and 3 method proposed by Microstation Reprographics. DIGITALISATION It is performed on the screen and mouse on Microstation PowerDraft 5. The quality of the input is in the order of the pixel thanks to the mode d' pixel hanging provided by the Applicative Reprographics and s' supports the superposition to the #x27; screen of the POS background, the BD Carto® and the SCAN 25® of l'IGN. The polylines are closed by the so-called d & #x27 method; Microstation PowerDraft flooding ensuring a node-to-node match between adjacent objects. __Partner organisations__ DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine/MiCAT/PIG __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-0efd2fa6-6557-472c-9d3f-b9a294bf092e) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/58c8094a3fc1a9c0c00825d35988f413bb9c989f)
