Dataset description

This layer n'' is not intended to be used to identify the PAU (Part currently to Urbanise). The urban task was carried out according to the CERTU methodology, taking into account two parameters: expansion (D) and l'' erosion (E). It was carried out by the CETE of the Southwest, in an automated manner (development of #x27;' a tool) from the layers of the BDTopo. __Origin__ Made from the BDTOPO, variable aerial shooting according to the department: DORDOGNE (PVA 2005), GIRONDE (PVA 2004), LANDES (PVA 2006), LOT-ET-GARONNE (PVA 2004), PYRENEES-ATLANTICS (PVA 2002). Use of BATI_INDIFFERENCIE, BATI_REMARQUABLE, BATI_INDUSTRIEL, AIRE_TRIAGE, GARE, RESERVOIR_EAU, CIMETIERE, CONSTRUCTION_SURFACIQUE, TERRAIN_SPORT, PISTE_AERODROME, POSTE_TRANSFORMATION, SURFACE_ACTIVITE, SURFACE_ROUTE. The implementation of urban tasks is based on the principle of: — the creation of buffer of the value ''Dilatation'' around each object, — of l'' assembling these buffers — then apply a reduction in the value ''Erosion''. Like Dilatation = Erosion then the urban spot tangents objects on the periphery. All these actions are automated in MapInfo at l''help of #x27;' a MBX routine performed by the Southwest exCETE (Philippe Loriot) L'' erosion of 50 m is that proposed by the exCERTU method. However, in some uses (identification of n°#x27;' habitat dispersed in rural areas), a lower erosion (20 m) would have seemed more suitable, but was not achieved. The data awarded are: — the number of buildings per polygon — the area of the polygon, expressed in m²; This field area may be useful for filtering the smallest, less significant polygons in some studies. It should be noted that at the departmental limit, there may be side effects due to the failure to take into account the buildings of the neighbouring departments. __Partner organisations__ DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine/MiCAT/PIG __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-ldd-02e8d166-e013-4004-97f4-963a0388caac) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/7a12064cc53672d69b56eef1d941ba7ce092085b)
