The entry register is a working tool and an essential regulatory act for public archival services. It allows archives to be registered as soon as they enter a public archive service, whether they are public archives entered by payment or private archives entered by extraordinary means, and attests that documents have been taken over by the archives service, on the basis of actual entries. It can be updated in case of final exit (return, transfer to another archive service, destruction). This dataset comes from an export made annually from the register of entries of the Calvados Departmental Archives kept digitally on the Mnesys archive management software.
