Source: Organic Agency/Certifying Bodies These data on the number of operators, areas and flocks are derived from the annual checks carried out by the approved certifying bodies on farms and processing companies, which are engaged in organic distribution. **Geographical precision** The data are aggregated at the municipal level: code of the municipality of the site of activity or in the absence of the place of operation. **Operating data** Number of operators per municipality, or default by postal code.
