Dataset description

This dataset exposes the attendance of regional elected officials to meetings of the Regional Council since July 2021. For each elected member, it is stated in each semester: the number of mandatory meetings and the rate of unjustified absences. Three types of meetings are mandatory: sessions, standing committees and sectoral committees for full elected representatives. These data shall be used in the calculation of a possible modulation of the allowance, starting at 30 % of unjustified absences applying modulation, for further details, refer to the Rules of Procedure, Rule 7.
