Base of carpooling locations in Pays de la Loire

This base comes from the national base of carpooling locations and synchronised daily with the national base. The first version of the National Carpool Base (BNLC) originated from the **[National Carpooling Area Base of BlaBlaCar](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/aires-de-covoiturage-en-france/)** and the **[base of Carpooling Areas of the Fabrique des Mobilités](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/aires-de-covoiturage-base-de-donnees-commune-des-lieux-et/)**. The NPB is now regularly updated by the National Access Point team with input from communities and contributors (e.g. co-cars). To contribute, you can use [this tool](https://contribuer.transport.data.gouv.fr/). This data allows developers and carpooling applications to provide reliable information about the meeting points (carpooling areas, motorway exits, parking lots, hitchhiking sites...) where drivers can stop and park safely.
