Dataset description

A biotope protection area is one of the protected natural areas (NPEs) which are designated or managed areas within an international, community, national or local framework envisaged; achieving specific natural heritage conservation objectives.L' Biotope protection area has as its purpose the conservation of #x27; habitat of #x27; protected species.C' is a regulatory protection tool at the departmental level, the implementation of which is relatively flexible. It is part of the protected areas primarily covered by the strategy for the creation of protected areas (SCAP), and is classified in category IV of IUCN as a management area. Most biotope protection areas are monitored directly through a committee placed under the prefect’s authority or indirectly within the framework of schemes such as Natura 2000 and by local stakeholders. In the case of a biotope protection order, a biotope protection order defining several areas where rules are applied (e.g.: courses d'water d' on the one hand and watershed d' on the other hand), the geometry to be used to map the protection zone corresponds to the largest geographical envelope. __Origin__ A prescription is represented on the graphical documents of the PLU or POS. Its geometry is usually obtained by scanning the figures drawn on the regulatory zoning plane. The resulting geographical table must contain all the requirements identified as such in the urban planning document. __Partner organisations__ DDT Cher __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-0c1c6a44-c9f2-48e5-86a5-3c0e4376cf38) * [COVADIS data standard: Surface prescription of a PLU](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_PRESCRIPTION_SURF_ccccc) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/30656f4939d7996d41ab162ae52ba0a26589a1de)
