Dataset description

This set of data returns for each of the French municipalities the number of young workers’ homes established in its territory and which received a service benefit paid by the Caf for the financial year in question. It also counts the number of beds offered by these homes per municipality. Young Workers’ Homes (FJT) or Youth Habitat Residences, provide socio-educational support for young people between 16 and 30 years of age. Developed with qualified professionals, this accompaniment aims to promote the autonomy and responsibility of residents and to develop their citizenship. Services (accommodation, catering) and multiple actions (individual support, collective activities) are then offered around social and professional integration, health awareness, leisure, culture, etc. These fireplaces offer an average of 120 beds (individual rooms or furnished studios). They are managed by associations, local and regional authorities, etc. There may exist in territories sunshine, annexes to the main JTF, consisting of between 10 and 15 dwellings. CIFs support managers: \- The technical advisers provide advice and expertise and assist them in the implementation of projects in the territories, \- The payment of a service “socio-educative FJT” corresponding to the assumption of staff costs, subject to a ceiling fixed annually by the CNAF. This financial support is conditional on obtaining an authorisation based on the socio-educational project. It is issued for a period of up to 4 years by the Board of Directors of the Caf. \- The payment of grants or loans for investment or operation according to the internal rules of social action of each Caf The geographical field of observation of the dataset corresponds to the municipality of residence of the recipient household as recorded in the statistical file of the beneficiaries of the month of entitlement, irrespective of the CIF which managed the grantee file. __* labeled by the Public Statistics Authority__
