Dataset description

In response to the requirements of the Framework Directive on water, the law on water and water of 30/12/06 strengthened the control systems for diffuse pollution of #x27;' agricultural origin through the creation of zones for the protection of areas of #x27;' feeding of catchments. The implementation of this new resource protection system leads to the delimitation of the catchment areas (AAFC, sometimes also referred to as catchment ponds;' catchment feeding or LAC) that include AAFC protection areas. For the abstractions of ''surface water, l''AAC corresponds to the sub-basin lying upstream of the intake of n°#x27;' water. For groundwater, a common methodology for delimiting AAFCs at <#x27;' national scale has been proposed. In the law of the methodological guide produced, the basin d''feed d'' underground catchment is defined as the location of the points of the soil surface that contribute to the nurturing of the capture. Some areas of '' water supply are defined as priority areas in the Master Plans of #x27;' Water Management and Management (SDAGE) and Measurement Programs. An AAFC is thus defined, after technical study, as the zone d’#x27;' where the waters supplying one catchment or several close catchments originate. C''is why it is proposed to include the \#x27;' identifier of the {\#x27;'AAC concerned among the attributes of the data standard locating the sampling points of'' potable water (0000002 N_PRELEV_AEP_P). __Origin__ Allocation of years of construction of buildings (source MAJIC) to objects buildings of the vector BDParcellar and BDTopo. For municipalities not covered by the vector BDParcellar, use of BDTopo buildings. The GIS modeling of urban stains is as follows: — Application d'a buffer: Expansion + 50 m, — Application of a negative buffer Erosion -40 m, — Aggregation of buffers (urban stains), — Calculation of areas. In the proposed modeling, not all years of building construction (mainly industrial, commercial or agricultural buildings) are known. These buildings have generated urban spots whose construction year is unknown (refer to metadata sheet " urbanisation modeling (urban stains), of which the construction year is unknown in Franche-Comté". Urban stains whose construction year is unknown are not taken into account in the calculation of the urban spot. Details of the method used are available upon request. Data quality: Source of data & construction years & DGFiP — Majic 2011 database, Source of data "population" INSEE, Source of data " buildings & IGN — BDParcellaire — BDTopo 2012. Attention: — Undated buildings generate undated urban spots (represented in grey). — Undated urban spot surfaces are not taken into account in the calculation of the urban spot evolution. — The figure d'artificialisation n' is not to be considered to the nearest metre. Departmental observatories work more closely to calculate these values. __Partner organisations__ DDTM Hérault, DDTM Charente-Maritime __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-5fac4b79-3d86-469d-94f7-6a8fca1d5fd5) * [link to dynamic map & urban stains "](http://cartelie.application.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/cartelie/voir.do?carte=Taches_urbaines_v2&service=DREAL_Fr_Comte) * [link to l' Geographical information in DREAL FC](http://www.franche-comte.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/information-geographique-r28.html) * [link to dynamic map "buildings "](http://cartelie.application.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/cartelie/voir.do?carte=Cartelie_Dynamique_urbaine_v2&service=DREAL_Fr_Comte) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/800350d3f25075d9f32aa03ffddf981cbc897040)
