Citizens’ councils of priority neighbourhoods on Mulhouse

Perimeters of citizen councils of priority neighbourhoods in the territory of Mulhouse. Citizen Councils act at the heart of Mulhouse’s six priority neighbourhoods, as part of the City Policy. This citizen participation scheme is the result of the Lamy law (programming law for the city and urban cohesion of 24 February 2014) for the priority districts of the Contract de Ville, in order to promote the speaking and participation of the inhabitants. The objective is to revalue struggling urban areas and reduce inequalities between territories, giving voice and power to the inhabitants and actors of these neighbourhoods.
