Dataset description
In order to establish a national monitoring of fleet renewals of public and private actors subject to the obligations to incorporate low-emission vehicles into these renewals provided for by the law of 24 December 2019 on the orientation of mobility, open and accessible to all, the persons referred to in Articles L. 224-7 to L. 224-10 of the Environmental Code must, by 30 September of each year, publish on the platform data.gouv.fr the static data relating to park renewals carried out the previous year in accordance with the provisions of the Decree of 29 December 2020 as amended.
