Dataset description

This database contains installations subject to authorisation or registration (under construction, operation or cessation of activity). Extraction of the DREAL and DDPP site Any industrial or agricultural holding likely to create risks or cause pollution or nuisance, in particular for the safety and health of residents, is a classified facility. The activities covered by the legislation of classified installations shall be listed in a nomenclature which makes them subject to a system of authorisation or declaration according to the extent of the risks or disadvantages that may arise: Statement: for the least polluting and least dangerous activities. A simple declaration in prefecture is necessary Registration: designed as a simplified authorisation for sectors where technical measures to prevent inconvenience are well known and standardised. This scheme was introduced by Ordinance No 2009-663 of 11 June 2009 and implemented by a set of provisions published in the OJ of 14 April 2010. Authorisation: for installations presenting the most significant risks or pollution. The operator must apply for authorisation prior to commissioning, demonstrating the acceptability of the risk. The prefect may authorise or refuse operation. The origin of risk characterises the real-world entity which, by its presence, represents a potential risk. This origin can be characterised by a name and, in some cases, a geographical object l' real entity to #x27; origin of risk. The location of the entity and the knowledge of the hazardous phenomenon are used to define the risk basins, the areas exposed to the risks that form the PPR.In the PPRTs, it represents the \#x27; the enclosure of the facility(s) classified for the protection of the {\#x27; environment (ICPE) to the #x27 rd; origin of the risk analysed and processed by the PPR. In the PPRT methodology, it is described as a grey area. __Origin__ The geometric modeling of ' entity at ' origin of risk depends on the type of risk, the context of the PPR, the nature of the generator and its modeling in the data source or geographical repository from which it originates. For example, a water course may be represented by a polygon or a polyline according to its size and width, an ICPE by a point (if the location of its enclosure n' is not known) or by a polygon (especially from the grey area of the PPRT).The geometry of this class d' objects is optional when: — this geometry is already carried by an object d'a geographical repository or d' an external data source, to which it is then recommended to refer to the ' help of its identifier (and thus avoid unnecessary duplication);- it does not exist because the origin of the risk cannot be precisely defined or localised (c' is the case of certain risks such as, for example, earthquakes, avalanches, sea submersions...)Nevertheless, as it is in practice rare to benefit from stable references to external objects, the geometry of l' origin of the risk will often result from the duplication of that of the #x27; object representing the #x27; origin of the risk. __Partner organisations__ DDT Indre-et-Loire, DREAL Centre-Val de Loire, DDPP 37 (Departmental Directorate for Population Protection) d'Indre-et-Loire __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-3a1879d5-be13-4c44-84db-d9603c7d873d) * [COVADIS data standard: One-off entity at the origin of the risk of a PPRT](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ORIG_RISQ_PPRT_AAAANNNN_P) * [basic URL of wms/wfs services on the Internet](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/wxs?map=/opt/data/carto/geoide-catalogue/1.4/org_38016/f34c5077-e583-44f5-8ea3-f2ae94e2b667.internet.map) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/a4719e088fb72c2ddb8c023382a09540ce2c05b3)
