Collection of Administrative Acts of the City of Besançon

In municipalities with a population of 3,500 or more, the collection of administrative acts brings together the legislative deliberations of the municipal council, the decisions taken by the mayor under the delegation of power granted by the municipal council in certain areas of competence, the decrees of a regulatory nature made by the mayor. Datasets for Besançon are available from 2016 to June 2022. As of July 1, 2022, this collection is no longer fed. It is replaced by the dataset “acts” following Ordinance No 2021-1310 of 7 October 2021 reforming the rules on the advertising, entry into force and preservation of acts taken by local and regional authorities.
