Number of persons with disabilities receiving the Compensatory Allowance per municipality between 2009 and 2015; in 2016 this allowance was integrated into the Disability Compensation Benefit (EPC). * * * This allowance shall be granted to any disabled person whose condition requires the effective assistance of a third person in order to carry out the essential acts of living at home or whose pursuit of a professional activity or an elective function imposes additional costs on him. Statistical confidentiality is applied: all information between 1 and 5 included is not disseminated. They correspond to uninformed cells.
