Concerted development areas in Ille and Vilaine

Implemented from 1970, “cooperative development areas are the areas within which a public authority or a public institution with a purpose therein decides to intervene in order to carry out or cause to be carried out the development and equipment of the land, in particular those which that community or establishment has acquired or will acquire for the purpose of transferring it or subsequently conceding it to public or private users” Public facilities under the ZAC can be of very different types, such as drinking water, sanitation, roads, schools, homes, etc. The ZAC urban planning project, established around #x27; a construction program and d' precise public facilities (housing, activities, equipment) could either consist of a document of ' specific urban planning, the plan d' zone development (PAZ), or be the #x27; application of the regulation of #x27; urban planning of the municipality, the plan of land use (POS).
