For each territory, the Region and the Departments are signatories to a single tripartite contract with voluntary communities. The Region finances projects up to 10 % to 40 % and can grant a subsidy to those located in medium-sized towns or rural territories with limited resources * Help-territory site: <HTTPS://AIDES-TERRITOIRES.BETA.GOUV.FR/> The Aid-Territory platform was launched in January 2018 within the Digital Factory, the incubator of the Ministries of Ecological and Solidarity Transition and the Cohesion of Territories and Relations with Territorial Communities. It aims to facilitate the search for assistance from local and regional authorities, making visible and accessible all the financial and engineering arrangements to which they are entitled. * Cohesion-territory site: <HTTP://WWW.COHESION-TERRITOIRES.GOUV.FR/> The website of the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion and Relations with Local and Regional Authorities offers various information on the state’s policies in favour of the territories but also a search engine allowing access to basic data by municipality: demographic data, number of building permits in 2018, number of social housing units, amount of global operating allocation in 2020, EPCI to which the municipality belongs, contacts of the state in department and region, etc.
