Dataset description
The CORINE Land Cover Geographical Database (CLC) is a **biophysical land tenure inventory**. It is produced as part of the European Earth Observation Programme **Copernicus** (39 European States).
Reference data, CORINE Land Cover is derived from the visual interpretation of satellite images and is available for the following years: 1990, 2000, 2006 and 2012. These state bases are accompanied by the basis for changes 1990-2000, 2000-2006 and 2006-2012 (data on the areas of land use that have changed).
The metropolis and the DOM are covered by CLC. For Guyana, only the coastal strip has been treated.
