Dataset description

Data by department and reporting system of exceptional compensation for the partial activity of employees of individual employers. As part of the Covid-19 health crisis, the public authorities put in place, for the months of March to August 2020 (September in Guyana and Mayotte), an exceptional compensation measure to support employees of individual employers. Employees were able to receive compensation for scheduled and unworked hours equal to at least 80 % of the net salary for hours not worked, with employers reimbursed by Urssaf up to 80 % of this net wage. The scheme was renewed in November 2020 with compensation paid to the employee still equal to or greater than 80 % of the net salary for hours not worked and a reimbursement to the employer equal to 65 % of that salary. The data shall provide: \- the number of employers who have paid compensation, the number of employees compensated, \- the number of hours compensated, \- the net salary (“theoretical”) associated with the hours compensated, the amount of compensation paid to employees estimated on the basis of an indemnity equal to 80 % of the net salary of the hours compensated (excluding any supplement by the employer), \- the amount reimbursed by Urssaf to employers. _Champ_: Data on individual employers from Cesu and Paje devices. _Depth_: Data for the period March 2020-March 2021. Situation as at 30/04/2021. _Sources_: ACOSS-Urssaf, CnCesu and Centre PajEmploi.
