#### Presentation The ANCT implements and promotes public policies to support the development of the territories, particularly the most fragile. Create a new Excel_ workbook _2. Click on the **Data tab located in the ribbon and then click **from the text**_ _3. Choose the location of the csv file and click **Importer**_ _4. In the window that opens, choose the option **Delimited** and in File Origin, choose **65001: Unicode UTF8**. Click on **Next**_ _5. Select only the Separator **Virgule**. Click on **Next**_ _6. Choose the right column data format by referring to the dataset documentation. Click **Finish**._
