Unanonymised Graphic Parcellar Register (GRP), i.e. including the personal data (PACAGE number) of the reporting farmers in receipt of ' direct aid under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). See COVADIS standard: http://portail-ig.metier.i2/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=469Le RPG has been constituted, every year since 2004, of all the islets geolocated by the registrants themselves (on an ortho-photographic background provided) during the annual campaign of & quotas; PAC &quot declarations; launched every spring on the whole of the French territory (excluding French Guiana and Guadeloupe). Their route serves as the legal basis for the Agency for Services and Payment (ASP) to determine the amount of various direct aids to farmers and their area (seizure using ISIS software made available by the ASP) is controlled, by guided sampling, in the course of the summer following the declarations.The population selected for the #x27; extraction from the ISIS extractor is that of the registrants of areas whose RPG is completely seized. It is therefore the islets of the files " Surfaces" having one of the following five statutes:- "In the process of entry; (with the indicator & RPG input completed " checked)- "Saisi"- "End of administrative control;-- "Instruit"- " Good to liquidate;Islands of records to states "Received " "In the process of seizure; (with the unchecked RPG seizure indicator), "Rejected; and &Clos" not included in this extraction, repeated weekly.Each cultural island is represented by a uniquely identified polygon for a given year.
