Dataset description
This dataset lists the platforms and organisations involved in the development of open data in the territories. For the moment, it concerns only French local authorities (restricted to municipalities, EPCI with own taxation, departments and regions) which publish open data (at least a dataset). It was co-produced with [namR](http://namr.com/).
It contains the following resources:
— Data model that describes the structure of the 2 tables
— Raw platform table data (PTF)
— Raw table data organisations (ORGA)
— Map of open data communities (see [uMap map](https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/fr/map/carte-odt-prefiguration_206077))
