Dataset description

Departmental assembly of regulated valleys of PPRn flooding on the department of Alpes-Maritimes __Origin__ This data “PPR Flood — vallons” is a regulated aggregation and homogenisation of natural hazards prevention plans of flooding (PPR I) throughout the department. Regulatory zoning of PPR I may contain information of different concepts and natures. All this information, however, is useful for a good reading of the associated regulation. The GIS digitisation of PPR I includes all of these concepts. This table contains only regulated vallons. To obtain the total regulatory elements of the PPR, this data must be combined with the data “PPR Flood — Zones”. These regulatory elements are either from approved paper plans or from the localised digital version used to prepare the approved paper plans. In the first case, a digitalisation of the plans was made, followed by the setting of the images on an orthophotography with a minimum accuracy of 1/5 000 e, and a vectorisation of the elements under a GIS software. In general, the approved plans have as their background the cadastre or a topography. The minimum scale of implementation of the MIPs is mainly 1/5 000 e. Digitalisation respects this scale of achievement. The type of background plan is specified by a given data. Geometry has been harmonised to have only polylines. These polylines do not cut off when they come from the same PPR. However, when they come from different PPRs, intersections may exist (this is due to the cadastral background that is not necessarily consistent with communal boundaries). The interpretation is then left to the user. __Partner organisations__ DDT Aube, DDTM Alpes-Maritimes __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-dda33a78-310a-4cd1-a06a-fe323fe8db91) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/7b9600490318fd0209c056664e3a030d51edaa33)
