Dataset description

1st international standard for semantic web description of public debates. Standard based on the Dublin Core DCAP model. Standard published by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information and the National Public Debate Commission. The “DebatesCore” standard aims to establish a standard for describing public debates. At the initiative of the National Commission for Public Debate and Public Life, the various partners defined a framework and six objectives for the “DebatesCore” project: Public debate is considered to be: “Any online (minimum information) mechanism enabling the public and stakeholders to contribute/participate in the development of a public decision or public policy” The objectives assigned are to: 1. ensure the comprehensive census mission of all debates in France (automated census) 2. to develop a better sharing and sharing of information between actors in the public debate 3. to improve the quality of information of the citizen for better participation in consultation 4. rationalising the means and costs for each partner in its developments and facilitating the development of tools for private and public consultation 5. Show the interest of the semantic web on a specific community: the public debate 6. Enter concretely into the open data of data relating to public debates Learn more about the Debatescore standard: https://www.vie-publique.fr/debatescore You can write us or subscribe to an alert by email to: **[email protected]**
