In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the review of the legality and publicity of the acts of local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Communities, the making available in Open Data of the data relating to the deliberations adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of the public decisions taken by the various bodies authorised regardless of the territorial level in question.
