Dataset description

Location of delivery areas reserved for stopping delivery vehicles Any delivery using a vehicle can only be made in fulfilment of a prior order. In the case of an inspection, the driver of the vehicle must prove the existence of this control. Transhipments and handling of goods may not be carried out on public roads in the absence of courts, passageways or cochère doors. Goods are transferred directly from delivery vehicles inside buildings or vice versa. They must not be stored on public roads. Delivery agents are only required to carry out transhipment of goods to the exclusion of all handling within receiving establishments, unless such handling requires specialised personnel. Inspection, type-approval and unloading operations must be carried out as soon as possible in order to limit the immobilisation of the vehicle on public roads. In the area bounded by President Kennedy Avenue, Boulevard de l’Europe, Rue de Metz, Rue de la Somme, Rue de la Sinne, Rue Jacques Preiss and Rue Camille Flammarion, deliveries must be made by vehicles of which the T.T.A.C. (including trailer) is less than 13 tonnes. The stopping of delivery vehicles is permitted: in special public transit corridors before 30 a.m., 30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and after 7 p.m. B) In the so-called pedestrian lanes between 00 and 11.30 a.m. in the streets and public squares within the perimeter defined by: Avenue du President Kennedy (included in the perimeter), boulevard de l’Europe, rue de Metz, la Somme, la Sinne, Avenue Auguste Wicky, rue Alfred Engel, des Fleurs, du Raisin, de la Bonbonnière and Lorraine, between 6 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. D) Delivery areas are reserved for vehicle stops for delivery from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Outside this time slot, the parking of vehicles is allowed. The use of these spaces remains subject to the applicable pay parking rule on the street where they are located from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. e) Delivery areas are reserved for stopping vehicles from 00 a.m. to 00 p.m. on the following streets
