Dictionary of competences — RéFérens III for the ITRF sector

This dataset includes the entries in the Competence Dictionary, which presents in a structured and transversal way the skills required in a professional activity of the ITRF (engineers and technical staff of research and training) and ITA (engineers and technical research staff) and the content of it. The competency description structure chosen is based on a “classical” approach in three competency categories: know-how, know-how, know-how. Nevertheless, the titles of the categories of competences deemed ambiguous (in particular the concept of “know-being”) have been changed. Also, the competency categories are renamed as follows: *Knowledge = Knowledge * Know-how = Operational competence *Knowledge = Behavioural Competence
