Dataset description

Data from the following digital consultation campaign: “Hub of CoRDEES Initiatives: submit your ideas for the neighborhood» The consultation was open on idee.paris from 5 November 2018 to 20 January 2019. Around the City of Paris, a consortium bringing together Paris Batignolles Aménagement, EMBIX, Uneautre Ville et ARMINES, has developed an unprecedented project based on the co-responsibility of actors and collective intelligence: coResponsability in District Energy Efficiency and Sustainability (CoRDEES). The objective of the CoRDEES project is to sustainably deliver on the promises of the eco-district Clichy Batignolles: low CO2 emissions, sobriety of buildings, optimisation of renewable energy production and user comfort. The solutions developed and implemented within this framework aim to converge the theoretical consumption of buildings and the real consumptions by involving all the actors. Convinced that a top-down approach on the part of the consortium is insufficient, the consortium wanted to integrate citizens into the development of their neighbourhood with the objectives of: to enable citizens to propose projects that meet needs of general interest, on environmental issues; promote citizen and collective involvement of all; create social link through meetings and projects between inhabitants. Parisians were invited to propose projects as part of the consultation. Those selected were financed by part of the budget provided for under the CoRDEES project, co-financed by the European Union through the Urban Innovative Actions programme for an overall amount of EUR 50 000.
