Dataset description
The DOE is the reference flow rate allowing for the achievement of good water status and above which satisfaction is satisfied; all uses on average 8 years out of 10. It reflects the requirements of balanced management referred to in L211-1 of the code of the environment.
The DCR is the reference flow below which only the requirements of health, public safety, civil safety, and drinking water supply and the needs of natural environments can be met.
