Dataset description

# DPE Housing (before July 2021) The Energy Performance Diagnosis (EPD) provides information on the energy performance of a dwelling or building, assessing its energy consumption and its impact in terms of greenhouse gas emissions. The content and arrangements for establishing the EPR are regulated. The DPE describes the building or housing (surface, orientation, walls, windows, materials, etc.), as well as its heating, hot water, cooling and ventilation equipment. It indicates, depending on the case, either the amount of energy actually consumed (on the basis of invoices) or the estimated energy consumption for a standardised use of the building or housing. Reading the DPE is facilitated by two labels with 7 classes from A to G (A corresponding to best performance, G to worst): * The energy label to know the primary energy consumption; * The climate label to know the amount of greenhouse gases emitted. WARNING: energy performance diagnostics (EPDs) are transmitted to ADEME for statistical studies, evaluation and methodological improvement under Article L134-4-2 of the Construction and Housing Code. In this context, the ADEME cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the quality of the data transmitted to it under the sole responsibility of the diagnostic officer. Are presented and available only the 10,000 most recent recordings
