Dataset description

The law of 14 November 1996 implementing the recovery pact for the city (PRV) distinguished three levels of intervention: sensitive urban areas, urban revitalisation zones (ZRU), urban free zones (ZFU). These three levels of ' intervention ZUS, ZRU and ZFU, characterised by devices of #x27; increasing importance, aimed to respond to different degrees of difficulties encountered in these neighborhoods. Since then, the Planning Act for the City and Urban Cohesion of 21 February 2014 has laid down (Article 5) the modalities for the reform of the priority geography of the city policy. Two decrees issued in 2014 (No 2014-767 of 3 July 2014 and No 2014-1575 of 22 December 2014) detailed, respectively for the metropolis and for the ultramarine territories, these modalities. Thus, the national list of priority districts of the city policy (Decree n°2014-1750 and n° 2014-1751 of 30 December 2014) was produced and the national mapping of their perimeters was published. These perimeters replace sensitive urban areas (ZUS) and neighbourhoods under urban social cohesion contracts (CUCS) from 1 January 2015. The surface objects present are a francilian extraction of the file posted on the SG-CIV website. These are perimeters to which the first accessible data from INSEE and links to NPNRU neighbourhoods (New National Urban Renewal Program — December 15, 2014) were linked. __Origin__ Detailed genealogy information is provided in the report accompanying the maps and the GIS Flood Directive.
