Dataset description

Dry watersheds are watersheds in which can be applied vigilance, restriction or d & #x27 measures; provisional prohibition of uses, including sampling from surface waters and their table of #x27; accompanying. The delimitation of these basins, as well as the restrictive measures, are defined by the prefect of department in a " framework decree drought". The current version of the Drought Basin is the one defined by the Prefectural Framework Decree n°3273/12 of 12/12/2012. It is noted that the watershed boundary, for reasons of use, follows administrative rather than hydrological boundaries. __Origin__ These basins have been defined from the watersheds of the BDCARTHAGE of l'IGN. Taking into account the reference hydrometric stations and the municipalities impacted by the basins, the watersheds have been modified to fit on the municipal boundaries of the BDCARTO. __Partner organisations__ DDT Allier __Links annexes__ * [website of state services in Allier](http://www.allier.gouv.fr/secheresse-a944.html) * [basketDownloadFrontalParametrage](https://catalogue.datara.gouv.fr/geosource/panierDownloadFrontalParametrage?LAYERIDTS=22177203) * [direct download of data](https://catalogue.datara.gouv.fr/rss/atomfeed/atomdataset/dee6a53a-4b4c-4918-be1a-ccad02b8504a) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/a3b013d5f4e1cf96f465a9f894250ad586c4e89d)
