Dataset description

Servitudes of public utility (SUP) are administrative limitations on the right to property, they are instituted for the benefit of public persons, concessionaires of services or public works, private persons engaged in an activity of the public interest; general interest. The collection and conservation of servitudes of public utility are a sovereign mission of the State which must bring them to the attention of the local authorities so that they annex them to their document d’' urbanism. The easements of public utility concerned are those defined by Articles L. 126-1 and R. 126-1 of the Code de l’' urban planning and their annexes. AC1-type SUPs generate 500 m protection perimeters that can be adapted or modified around listed or listed historical monuments.
