The sites listed in the; inventory of sites are of general interest from an artistic, historical, scientific, legendary or picturesque point of view. A registered site can be natural or built.L' inscription of {\#x27; a site to the #x27; inventory s' performs at the #x27th; initiative of the State or the departmental commission of sites, perspectives and landscapes. Classified sites are natural monuments and sites whose conservation or preservation presents, from an artistic, historical, scientific, legendary or picturesque point of view, a public interest. The protection under the sites concerns only the landscape of the territory concerned and has no effect on the management of fauna and flora.A classified site may not be modified in its state or appearance without special, prefectural or ministerial authorisation.Art. The generator is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under #x27; an effect of regulation, constraints on the modalities of #x27; occupation of the soil of surrounding lands.The disappearance or destruction on the ground of the generator n' has no consequence of suppressing the servitude(s) associated with it.
