The data published in this category include two datasets. ## The first “MARTIGUES-ELECTIONS-RESULTATS.csv” This file presents the results of the votes in the municipal, cantonal, eastern, regional, legislative, presidential and European elections to the City of Martigues since 2001. ## The second “MARTIGUES-ELECTIONS-PARTICIPATIONS.csv” This file presents the elements of information relating to voter participation in municipal, eastern cantonal, departmental, regional, legislative, presidential and European elections in the City of Martigues since 2001. The data is updated weekly every Monday. # Description of the fields in the table (in columns): ## Election Code (CODE-ELECTION) * Definition: corresponds to the identification code of the election concerned. This code is composed of letters followed by two digits and then another. Example: ‘CAN01-1’ means data on the 2001-1st round cantonal elections. * Possible values (letters) for the nature of the election * ‘MUN’: municipal elections * ‘CAN’: cantonal elections * ‘DP’: departmental elections * ‘REG’: regional elections * ‘LEG’: parliamentary elections * ‘PRE’: presidential election * ‘EUR’: European elections: Possible values (2 digits) for the vintage of the year: ‘01’/‘02’/‘04’/‘07’/‘08’/‘09’/‘10’/‘12’/‘14’/‘15’/‘17’/‘19’/‘20’/‘21’. * ‘MUN’: municipal elections: Possible values (1 digit) for the order of the rounds in the ballot: ‘1’ (1st round)/‘2’ (2nd round). ## Elections (ELECTION) * Definition: corresponds to the name of the election in question * Possible values: ‘Municipal’/‘Municipal Elections’/‘Canton EST’/‘Canton Martigues EST’/‘Departmental’/‘Regional’/‘Legislative’/‘Presidential’/‘European Elections’. ## Election date (DATE_ELECTION) * Definition: corresponds to the date of the election considered in AAA-MM-DD format. ## Turn (TOUR) * Definition: corresponds to the category of the round in the ballot in question. * Possible values: ‘1’ (1st round)/‘2’ (2nd round). ## Number of candidates (NB_CANDIDATS) * Definition: corresponds to the number of candidates running for the relevant election. * Possible values: ## Office (Office) * Definition: corresponds to the identification number specific to each office. * Possible values: 1-31 ## Office Name (Office Name) * Definition: corresponds to the location of the polling station. * Possible values: ‘G.S.
