Dataset description

The employment rate of disabled workers (direct employment rate) in the public service stems from the declarations made by employers to the Fund for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities into the Public Service (FIPHFP). This rate reflects the number of recipients of the Employment Obligation to the Total Paid Workforce (ETR) in the community (rate in %). The FIPHFP aims to help staff with disabilities to remain in employment. In this sense, it accompanies public employers. The Caisse des dépôts is responsible for administrative management. The dataset presents the employment rate of disabled workers in the communities of the employers subject, depending on their location region. For employers with a national scope, their regional wording is ‘national employers’.
