The objective of the onshore wind energy standard is to measure the evolution of the power of wind turbines installed in the region and to calculate annually an indicator of the achievement of the target set by 2020 by regional wind scheme.The second interest of the terrestrial wind turbine standard is to propose a harmonised framework for the dissemination to the general public of information on the wind sector.The COVADIS Earth Wind standard specifies the method of location, the business definition and the structuring of the data concerning regulatory tools carried by the Grenelle of the Environment:- regional wind scheme,- zones favourable to wind power,- zones of wind development, permit to construct this wind farm system.
