The following table includes key data on procurement contracts and framework agreements of the Department of Aude.FrameworkCollectivities concerned: Established by Article 34 of Decree No. 2016-86 on concession contracts, by Article 107 of Decree No 2016-360 on public procurement, and by Article 94 of Decree No 2016-361 on public defence or security contracts, the obligation imposed on purchasers and granting authorities to publish on their buyer profile the list of essential data of their public contracts or concessions contracts and any amendments thereto meets an objective of transparency of public data.These texts echo the law for a digital Republic (n°2016-1321 of 7 October 2016), and Article 10 of Law No. 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 meets the requirements of the public authorities and the requirements for transparency in relation to a digital republic (n°2016-1321 of 7 October 2016), and Article 10 of Law No. 2000-321 on public data. it is likely to contribute to the prevention and fight against corruption, the sound management of public funds, the steering of purchasing policies and the economic development of companies, which will be able to seize this data either to better meet the needs of public buyers or to develop new services for the improvement of public procurement policies.The Decree of 14 April 2017 on essential data in the public order specifies the list of essential data to be published for each public procurement procedure launched from 1 October 2018 and the amount of which is more than EUR 25 000 tax. Concession contracts and contract amendments are also covered.
