Assessment of the aid paid to vocational secondary schools eligible for the “European Pathways” scheme. The estimated number of pupils eligible for the scheme (family quota less than EUR 20 000) was 669. The balance sheet so far shows that 510 pupils from 50 high schools have benefited from this scheme (individual aid of EUR 426). The difference between the estimated number of students and the actual number of beneficiaries can be explained in a variety of ways: * the planned trip has been cancelled, * the European funding obtained exceeded what had been foreseen and the Region was therefore less in demand. * some students are not eligible because the family quotient exceeds EUR 20 000, * students withdraw.
