Evolution of the number and rate of issuers connected to IS @CTES for France as a whole, by department and by department strata from 2009 to 2014

The rate of connected transmitters is obtained by linking the number of transmitters connected to the @CTES information system to the total number of transmitters likely to be connected to it (target). There is a significant increase from 2009 to 2014 in the rate of communities connected to the @CTES information system, which stood at 43 % as at December 31, 2014, compared to 36 % at the end of 2013 and 32 % in 2012, or 30 % after cleaning the transmitter database on @CTES, from a target initially estimated at 56,926 communities. It is also likely to be linked to the increase in volumetrics on the @CTES information system, with the authorised transmission ceiling being increased from 20 MB to 150 MB as of September 1, 2014. The number of communities using the @CTES information system is 24,102 at the end of 2014. As a reminder, it amounted to 6 290 at the end of 2009, 10 567 in 2010, 12,103 in 2011, 16,829 in 2012 and 18,651 in 2013. It therefore experienced a + 19 % change between 2013 and 2014.
