Dataset description

The rate of connected issuers is obtained by making the ratio between the number of issuers connected to the information system @CTES and the total number of issuers likely to be connected to them (target). The number of communities registered in the @CTES information system stood at 28,000 at the end of 2015, compared to 24,000 at the end of 2014. It therefore showed a + 17 % change between 2014 and 2015, less than the increase of + 27 % between 2013 and 2014. Municipalities represent the vast majority of issuers (66 %), followed by public institutions of inter-municipal cooperation (18 %) and local public institutions (13 %). At constant rates, the rate of issuers registered in application @CTES (50 %) at 31 December 2015 is significantly higher than the rate reached at 31 December 2014 (42 %), on a target initially estimated at 56,000 communities (initial target). If activated issuers whose records are registered by the prefectures are subtracted, the rate of issuers actually connected (and not simply registered) to the information system is only 48 %. Against the revised target of 74,000 issuers, the rate of issuers recorded in @CTES was 38 % at 31 December 2015, compared to 34 % at 31 December 2014. If activated issuers whose records are recorded are subtracted, the rate of issuers actually connected to the information system is only 36 %.
