Dataset description

As an administration carrying out public service missions, MEL operates, directly or indirectly, algorithms whose results participate in decisions that individually affect metropolitans. Whether simple or complex, computerised or manually processed, more or less automated, these algorithms are therefore intended to be published on this page. _The algorithm is here understood as a “finished and non-ambiguous suite of steps or instructions to obtain a result from input elements” (CNIL definition, 2017)._ _ _ These publications are intended to provide general information on these algorithms (Code of Public-Administrative Relations, L312-1-1-3). Gradually, all the main MEL treatments that base individual decisions will be available online. _Among this information, the publication of source codes is under consideration to provide the most complete and useful information possible._ _ _ To inspire your algorithm opening procedures see the accompanying path designed by Datactivist for this project: <https://opendatacanvas.org/transparence-algo> To learn more about opening algorithms see the guide of Etalab: <HTTPS://ETALAB.GITHUB.IO/ALGORITHMES-PUBLICS/GUIDE.HTML >
