Dataset description

This dataset presents the connectionable housing rates calculated by dividing the number of fibre-connectable dwellings per municipality (Q4-2018) to the total number of dwellings per commune in Orléans Metropolis in 2017. Fibre deployment data is given at the rear zone of the mutualisation point (PAM). These areas correspond to the geographical areas covered by the same pooling point. This game contains data from quarter 4 of 2018, from the quarterly collection “HD/THD Wholesale Observatory”. Data calculated from data published by ARCEP. Information on calculations: For housing proportions exceeding 100 %, the values shall be reduced to a maximum of 100 %. This error is due to the difference in the years of the data. The number of dwellings per municipality dates from 2017, the number of connected dwellings per municipality date from 2018. The most recent possible connectionable housing data have been attached without taking the most recent data from 2020 to avoid too much gap between the data years. However, there is too much extension between the 2017 and 2018 deployment of lfibre to be able to take into account 2017 fibre data, which is far too obsolete.
