The financial information website ensures the publication on the web of financial information transmitted by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). Financial information is the raw material used by investors (and other economic agents, lenders, customers, employees, public authorities...) to make their decisions. This is the “French Official Mechanism for Centralised Storage of Regulated Information”. The website info-financiale.fr is, for France, the mechanism for the centralised storage of regulated information of listed companies as provided for by the European Transparency Directive (OAM).
