Dataset description

### What this dataset contains This dataset contains **weekly data on the operations of firefighters in Essonne**. It gives the number of firefighters’ operations according to 5 categories, for each municipality (defined by their INSEE codes): — SUAP: Emergency assistance in person — INCN: Natural fire — INCU: Urban fire — ACCI: Road accident — MORE THAN: Other This dataset has two files. The first contains the history from 2010 to 2017, and the second contains the history since 2018, updated weekly, Tuesday morning (usually). ### Data dictionary — **ope_code_insee**: the INSEE code of the municipality in which the interventions took place — **nb_ope**: number of interventions carried out — **ope_annee**: year during which the interventions were carried out — **ope_week**: week during which the interventions took place. Weeks start on Monday morning and end on Sunday night midnight (ISO 8601) — **ope_categorie**: category of interventions (see above) — **ope_code_postal**: the postal code of the municipality in which the interventions took place. It is given for information purposes, because it does not allow the uniqueness of the municipalities (there is no bijection between postal codes and municipalities). To formulate it differently, a postal code can be shared between several municipalities, which raises problems with mapping. — **ope_name_common**: name of the municipality in which the interventions took place (for information purposes, as only the INSEE code is authentic) This dataset is produced by the SDIS91 Directorate.
