They are referenced in Article 3260 of Decree No 2006-881 of 17 July 2006.
A similar layer N_DIGUE_L describes dikes linearly. Point representation n' has been introduced only for the sake of consistency with Cascade
at the end of 2006.
The holding dikes of'water are described in the N_OUVRAGE_RETENUE_P and N_OUVRAGE_RETENUE_L layers
__Origin__
In terms of representation, the stars correspond to the points of
sample that were not georeferenced and we attached
to the centroids of the municipalities of sampling.
