Dataset description

Flood risk prevention plan of the Célé Amont basin in the Lot department The COVADIS Data Standard on Risk Prevention Plans includes all technical and organisational specifications for the digital storage of geographical data represented in the Risk Prevention Plans (RPPs). The Risk Prevention Plans (RPPs) were established by the law of 2 February 1995 on strengthening the protection of the environment. The PPR tool is inserted in the framework of the law of 22 July 1987 on civil security organisation, forest protection against fire and the prevention of major hazards. L' development of a PPR is the responsibility of the State. It is decided by the Prefect. __Origin__ The noise levels emitted by a given infrastructure during an average day are evaluated using numerical models producing isophone curves translated into noise zones, according to the index recommended for all modes of transport at European level, namely the Lden index and the Ln index. Strategic noise maps aggregate or translate these noise zones according to the type of strategic noise map, i.e. maps d' exposure to noise, areas affected by noise, maps for exceeding limit values, and maps d' known or foreseeable evolution of noise level. Strategic noise maps, regulatoryly approved by the Prefect, must be re-engineered and revised every 5 years. Updates to strategic noise maps must cover several aspects of acquisition, data processing and publication of results: — with correction, if applicable, on date N+ 1, of errors made when drawing up documents on date N, — with the addition of all new data (new lanes, new buildings...) created between date N and date N+ 1. __Partner organisations__ DDT Lot __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-ldd-3049a02c-9bc2-49f0-bffc-f8dc71c313ae) * [COVADIS data standard: Noise in the Environment — Noise Mapping v1.1](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?lot=CBS-PPBE-v1.1) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/64bd2c88173841863340ab79e0d43378b3199fe3)
