Dataset description

Geographical area of 'a call of ' protected origin of cheese type in Cantal Directive 1/2000 of l'INAO designates under the term “geographical area” the materialisation of the production area of the #x27; PDO. It is defined by a list of administrative entities (departments, cantons, municipalities) or by natural geographical boundaries. It corresponds to the widest demarcated area in which all stages of the product are allowed. Nevertheless, for wines there may be an area of immediate proximity, defined by derogation, for winemaking and winemaking. The details of this derogation are set out in Chapter XI of the specification for naming. In some cases, the geographical area differs from territories where only part of the product is allowed; production of the product is allowed. L' PDO, l' appellation d' Protected origin, corresponds to the #x27; appellation d’#x27; origin controlled at European level. C' is the name of a region, a specified place or, in exceptional cases, a country, which is used to designate an agricultural product or food originating in that region, place or country, of which: — the quality or characteristics are due primarily or exclusively to the geographical environment including natural and human factors and, production, processing and production take place in the defined geographical area. A designation includes 1 to n denomination(s) and 1 to n products (e.g. the colours of the wines, which may be the subject of specific delimitations). The recognition of an AOC in France is a step prior to its final recognition at European level as a PDO. In case of refusal of registration in PDO, the product loses the benefit of the AOC. In the case of a cheese-type PDO, the value of the TYPE_PRODUIT attribute is 1.3 (Fromages) __Origin__ A priority area is a continuous urban space, located in urban territory. Where the boundary of a district corresponds to a public road, it shall be deemed to follow the central axis of that road. The list of priority districts of the city policy (QPPV), provided for in Article 5 II of Law No 2014-173 of 21 February 2014, includes their identification and the delimitation of their contours, determined in accordance with the procedures specified by Decrees No 2014-767 of 3 July 2014 (metropole) and No 2014-1575 of 22 December 2014 (Overseas). The boundaries of the districts concerned are available for consultation and downloadable from the General Commissioner for the Equality of Territories, 5, rue Pleyel, 93200 Saint-Denis (www.ville.gouv.fr) and on the Geoportal (www.geoportail.gouv.fr). The list, drawn up by decree, is updated in the year of the general renewal of the municipal councils, or, if the speed of the changes observed justifies it, every three years. __Partner organisations__ DDT Cantal, INAO __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-2d510fa7-98c0-44eb-afad-24bf0b0f1bec) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/773daf71a1f8a7066e0d97cad8da34c22d942206)
