Dataset description

The purpose of hunting and wildlife reserves is the protection of migratory birds and endangered species and the development of tools for the management of wildlife and their habitats. The hunting and wildlife reserves are created, according to paragraph #x27; they present, by the prefect (Article R 422-82 EC) or by the Minister responsible for hunting (national reserves Article R422-92 EC).The hunting and wildlife reserves established by prefectoral order are created at the request of the holder of the right to hunt and prohibit any hunting act. They also contribute most often to the protection of wildlife environments and habitats.Instigated by ministerial order, national hunting and wildlife reserves are hunting and wildlife reserves of particular importance (Article R.422-92 of the Code of the Environment):- either because of their extent;- or because they are home to species whose numbers are declining in all or part of the national territory or species of remarkable qualities;- or on the basis of scientific, technical studies or practical demonstrations.Legal references: — Article L. 422-27 (amended by the Law on the Development of Rural Territories of 23 February 2005)<br> — Articles R. 422-82 to R. 422-94 of the Code de l'Environment — Order of 23 September 1991 as amended. __Origin__ Centroid of the perimeter of the storage areas of heavy goods vehicles (layer L_AIRE_STOCKAGE_PL_S_032.tab), point object __Partner organisations__ DDT Gers __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-515f0559-0ef8-4370-8c82-6a48fed0c102) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/c20f7e53648fe222dada27a555f6a64ea57445cb)
